The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets.
Upon checking in, I noticed my room was quite dusty, and it reminded me of it hadn't been properly cleaned. The bathroom also required a more thorough cleaning, as there was hair left behind and signs of neglect. The lack of amenities, such as a pool and fitness center.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a lovely area, very close to landmarks, restaurants and cafes and all locations in the Old Quarter. Amazing and incredible location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Besides, Temple of Literature was 3 km away from the venue.

Just a decent option for a quick break in Hanoi with very good value for money. The beautiful queen room was really clean, and I appreciated the attentive staff who helped me with my baggage. If you need laundry service, you might want to plan ahead as it's a bit pricey.

Recommend it for couples
Completely renovated hotel on a quiet street the staff got to know us right away and provided personalized attention that was surprising. The breakfast buffet had different options like fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order and enjoying it on the rooftop was a highlight.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The stay featured attentive staff, who provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a standout made-to-order omelet that contributed to a good start to each day.
